Ben L. is an Epic H&D Systems Architect with over 20 years of experience in IT service and operations, focused on enhancing end-user experiences in healthcare for over a decade. They currently work at Rackspace Technology, and previously held roles at Dell Technologies, where they advised on the Epic healthcare platform, and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, where they improved the virtual end user experience for clinical environments. Ben began their career as a Missions Leader/Coordinator with Adventures In Missions and has gained valuable technical expertise through various roles, including Senior Client Solutions Analyst and Service Desk Analyst. They hold two Associate of Science degrees in Computer Information Systems from Cecil College.
