Chris LaBauve is a senior operations executive and management consultant specializing in operational excellence and organizational transformation. With extensive experience in process redesign, customer strategy, and change management, Chris has held significant roles at leading companies including Rackspace, where they currently serve as Director of Transformation, and Acelity as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Chris is passionate about leading organizational efforts that drive impactful change and possesses a strong background in project management and technology implementations. They hold a Master’s degree from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola University New Orleans.
