Emma Norman

Emma Norman is a self-motivated and goal-driven Infrastructure Engineer III specializing in Storage and Backup Engineering at Rackspace, where they assist with daily operations and infrastructure expansion. Over the years, Emma has held various roles, including Infrastructure Engineer II and I, as well as Backup Administrator, contributing significantly to the management and troubleshooting of extensive data environments. Prior to their tenure at Rackspace, Emma gained diverse experience in technical support, writing, and maintenance operations in industries ranging from pet care to automotive. They began their career at MCDONALDS before moving on to technical and engineering roles that laid the foundation for their current expertise. Emma is a graduate of Winston School San Antonio and has pursued studies in Computer Sciences at the University of the Incarnate Word.
