Garison Draper

Garison Draper is an experienced technology leader with a diverse background in engineering, operations, and DevOps. Currently serving as Director of Elastic Engineering at Rackspace Technology since April 2020, Garison transitioned to this role following Rackspace's acquisition of Onica, where Garison held multiple positions including Director of Engineering and Lead Solutions Architect. Prior to Onica, Garison was the Senior Solutions Architect and DevOps Engineering lead at Sturdy Networks and a Senior Systems Engineer at NetBrains, Inc. Garison's career began in education as the Technology Coordinator for Irvine High School and progressed through various roles including Developer and IT Systems Engineer in earlier organizations. Garison holds an AA in Business Administration from Irvine Valley College.
