Jackie Marashi

Jackie Marashi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contracts. Currently serving as the Director of Legal at Rackspace Technology since April 2018, Jackie previously held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Learning Objects from July 2013 to July 2015. Jackie’s prior roles include Director of Commercial Contracts at Equinix, General Counsel at Wireless Matrix, deputy General Counsel at Sourcefire, Inc., and General Counsel at Vitrue, Inc. Additional experience includes serving as Americas General Counsel at Tandberg Television and Senior Corporate Counsel at Internap Network Services Corporation. Jackie Marashi earned a law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, completing studies from 1991 to 1994.
