James Walker

James Walker is an experienced infrastructure engineer with a solid background in cloud services. Currently serving as the Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Rackspace since January 2015, James has accumulated extensive expertise in managed cloud solutions. Prior to this role, James held the position of Lead Infrastructure Engineer at Rackspace Hosting from November 2012 to November 2014. Earlier in their career, James worked at Hostworks from February 2004 to September 2012, where roles included Technical Specialist - Windows and Technical Support Officer, further enhancing technical skills and support capabilities.
