Currently serving as the Data Center Operations Manager at Rackspace since October 2008, Joe has progressed through multiple roles including Data Center Operations Team Lead and Data Center Network Engineer. Previous experience includes positions at MTR Corporation Ltd., COL Limited, OOCL, and Lane Crawford, where Joe built foundational expertise in data center operations and technical support. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 2001 and 2004.
