Joe Lyons

Joe Lyons serves as the Vice President of Global Technical Operations at Rackspace Technology, a role held since September 2017, where responsibilities include leading a global organization focused on Multi-Cloud IaC Solutions and related technologies. Prior to this, Joe held various leadership positions at Rackspace, including Senior Director of Application Services and Director of Americas Enterprise Support Engineering, managing large teams and delivering technical services across different sectors. Joe's experience extends to previous companies, such as Datapipe and Adapt, where significant operational improvements and cost savings were achieved. A founding member of eLINIA WebServices, Joe contributed to its growth in the Managed Services Provider sector. Educationally, Joe attended Dun Laoghaire Technical College from 1987 to 1990.
