John Heidt

John Heidt is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology management and cloud solutions. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer EMEA, Public Cloud at Rackspace Technology, John is focused on enabling clients in the EMEA region to achieve their digital transformation goals through cloud services. Prior roles include Regional VP at CGI, where John oversaw IT outsourcing and consulting for over 50 enterprise clients, and Vice President at T-Systems International GmbH, responsible for delivery across various global delivery units. John has also held leadership positions at HP, Mphasis, and Electronic Data Systems, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery, infrastructure management, and client relationship development. Academic qualifications include an Executive Leadership Development Program from IE Business School and a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University in Finance, MIS, and German.
