John McDowell

John McDowell is the Network Operations Manager at Rackspace Technology, where they have worked since 2014, managing global remote teams in network operations, deployment, and design. Prior to this role, John served as a Network Engineer at Rackspace from 2007 to 2014 and began their career as a Senior Airman in the United States Air Force from 2003 to 2007. John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Information Technology Management, from Western Governors University in 2023, and holds an Associate of Science in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
