Jon Gray

Jon Gray is an experienced business transformation leader currently serving as a Senior Transformation Manager at Rackspace Technology since October 2020. In this role, Jon oversees business transformation projects and integration workstreams, focusing on cross-functional project management to enhance processes and achieve financial benefits. Previously, Jon co-founded and managed Brian Charles LLC from 2013 to October 2020, successfully launching and selling a startup while implementing financial management processes. Jon's earlier career includes pivotal positions at Dell Technologies, where strategic leadership and operational oversight were emphasized, as well as roles at Activant Solutions, Inc. and Bluecurrent, where Jon managed field services operations and large-scale IT solutions. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
