Jon Westerman

Jon Westerman is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and IT infrastructure. As a Principal Systems Engineer at Rackspace Technology since January 2025, Jon specializes in healthcare IT solutions, focusing on integration capabilities and identity services. Previously, Jon held positions at Seattle Children's, where responsibilities included supporting single sign-on and identity services, as well as maintaining naming systems. Jon began a career in systems engineering at Premera Blue Cross and PACCAR, and worked as a Distributed Systems Software Analyst at Airborne Express/DHL USA, providing comprehensive support for web applications. Jon holds a BA in International Political Economy from the University of Puget Sound, a BS in Information Technology from Western Governors University, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Eastern Washington University.
