Mackenzie Richardson

Mackenzie Richardson is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal communications, media relations, and community outreach. Currently serving as Employee Experience Program Manager at Rackspace Technology since August 2025, Mackenzie leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance employee engagement and internal communication. Previously, as Internal Communications Branch Chief at the United States Air Force Academy, Mackenzie developed the Academy’s first Internal Communications program for over 25,000 personnel. Earlier roles at the United States Air Force included various positions in public affairs, where Mackenzie managed strategic communication and community outreach efforts. Mackenzie’s educational achievements include a Master of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University, as well as an Associate's degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
