Mark Vincent is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, client relationship management, and service delivery. Currently serving as Account Director at Rackspace Technology since April 2022, Mark previously held the role of Account Manager at Kyndryl and has a significant tenure at IBM, where responsibilities included improving client satisfaction and managing proposal metrics. Mark’s early career at IBM encompassed various roles, including Service Delivery People Manager and Service Manager, where skills were developed in operations, project management, and team leadership. Mark's career began in the HM Forces as a qualified chef, acquiring City & Guild qualifications in catering. Additionally, Mark is a graduate of the IBM Global Sales School.
