Mia C, PhD, is a Senior Researcher at Rackspace Technology and serves as the Head of Growth at Austin AI Hub on a pro bono basis. Mia's experience includes working as a User Experience Researcher at SnappTrip, where they contributed to significant improvements in user engagement, and as a researcher at Texas Tech University, focusing on generational disparities and employee well-being.
