Richard Jackson

Richard Jackson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical sales and solution architecture. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Sales (Solution Architecture) at Rackspace Technology since April 2018, Richard previously held various roles within Rackspace from September 2008 to March 2016, including Sales Engineering Manager and Product Engagement Manager. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Response Ready Advisor at AllClear ID, where the focus was on managing data breach response for clients, and spent nearly a decade at Fiserv as Webhosting Manager and IT Manager, overseeing web hosting infrastructure and IT operations. Richard’s earlier career included positions as Systems Administrator at PGS and Research Laboratory Manager at the University of Houston, where foundational IT and research skills were developed. Richard holds a degree from the University of Houston.
