Ron Rio

Ron Rio has extensive experience in the information technology sector with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Rackspace Technology since November 2020, Ron manages solutions for FEDRamp, SLED, and commercial customers across various cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure. Prior to this role, Ron dedicated nearly 40 years to IBM, where responsibilities included overseeing international teams in delivering IT services, managing substantial server and mainframe environments, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Roles at IBM progressed from Computer Operator to Delivery Partner Executive, where Ron handled contract fulfillment and service level agreements for a major insurance client. Ron holds an associate's degree in Computer Science from San Jose City College.
