Ryan Stevenson is a highly experienced Senior VMware Cloud Engineer at Rackspace, where responsibilities include building and supporting one of the world's largest VMware environments with over 70,000 virtual machines and 10,000 hypervisors since March 2015. Prior to this role, Ryan served as a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Engineer at NHS Ayrshire & Arran, managing a VMWare Horizon View environment and deploying over 3000 thin client machines across the region from April 2003 to March 2015. Ryan began the career providing IT systems support to over ten thousand users before obtaining a BSc in Multimedia Technology from Glasgow Caledonian University and an HND in Multimedia Computing from Ayr College.
