Shweta Bist has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as a Leader in Professional Services and Leader of the Azure Engineer team at Rackspace Technology since 2012. Prior to this role, Shweta held positions at Green Fields Technology as IT Support Manager, overseeing a team of 12 engineers, and at Timeless IT, where responsibilities included team performance management. Shweta began the career at Microsoft, progressing from Senior Support Engineer to Technical Team Leader, managing teams and providing support across multiple regions. Early experience includes roles at HP and Convergys, supporting desktop and network issues. Shweta holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Senior Secondary School degree in Computer Science from Bhatnagar International School in India.
