Todd Smith

Todd Smith is an experienced leader in customer satisfaction and project management with over 15 years of expertise in driving company revenue through effective relationship management. They have held key roles in organizations such as Rackspace Technology, where they currently serve as a Senior Customer Success Manager, and previously worked in various capacities at AT&T and Southwestern Bell Telephone Company. Their career includes valuable experience in mental health services and military leadership, having served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps during the Gulf War. Todd is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing at Texas Tech University.
