Tom Hicks

Tom Hicks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in channel and strategic partnerships, currently serving as a Strategic Partner at Rackspace Technology since October 2017. In this role, Tom focuses on supporting data repatriation, hyperscale and private cloud initiatives, workload-aware modernization, and AI edge security solutions, particularly for architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Strategic Cloud Hosting, IT Managed Services & ISV Partner Director at Spearca, where the emphasis was on cloud infrastructure and digital transformation projects. From July 2012 to March 2016, Tom worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at XTechnology Global, specializing in national data center accounts and compliance services. Tom holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fordham University.
