Tony Rook

Tony Rook currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, International at Rackspace, overseeing commercial legal teams in EMEA and APJ, and advising on compliance and data privacy in cloud transactions. Prior experience includes roles as Group General Counsel and Board Director at CloudPay, managing legal affairs in a global fintech context, and as Managing Counsel at Dell, supporting enterprise solutions across EMEA. Additional significant positions include General Counsel at Partnerships in Care, Legal Director at Spire Healthcare, and Head of Legal at Attenda, among others. Tony Rook holds a degree in History from Durham University and a postgraduate qualification in law from Chester Law School, along with ICSA Company Secretary qualifications.
