Aniket K. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Aniket began their career at Computer Associates, Inc as a Software Engineer, where they quickly gained expertise in C++ and worked on a virtualization platforms' management product. Aniket received three star awards for their innovation and problem-solving skills.

In 2009, Aniket joined Cisco Systems as a Software Engineer Grade 6. Aniket took on the challenge of rewriting a management product for Cisco appliances and was recognized with a star award for their innovation and quick prototyping.

Aniket then moved on to GS Lab in 2010, where they held multiple roles, including Associate Software Architect and Lead Software Engineer. Aniket led and mentored product teams, completed research and proof of concept projects, and formed a virtualization initiative group. Aniket contributed to infrastructure orchestration and network management products, utilizing various technologies such as RAID, SNMP, and virtual servers.

Since 2014, Aniket has been working at RackWare, starting as a Software Architect and eventually progressing to Distinguished Engineer, Senior Director of Development, and currently, the VP of Engineering. Aniket has demonstrated leadership and dedication to the company, innovating in orchestration products across virtualization, cloud, and container domains. Aniket's passion for storage and backup technology is evident throughout their career, and they have successfully conceptualized and developed enterprise-class products for RackWare.

Aniket K. holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Walchand College of Engineering(A Govt. Aided Autonomous Institute), SanGLI-M.S, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Aniket later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Advanced Networking and Telecom from the International Institute of Information Technology, Pune, from 2005 to 2007.
