Prem Jha has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Prem worked as a Software Engineer at RackWare from 2023 onwards. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they were a Senior Executive at _VOIS where they analyzed Vodafone's applications catering to the Germany market and handled the operations of the CSM team. During this time, they increased productivity by 33% and reduced revenue loss through the creation of SQL procedures and web services.

Before that, they worked as a Web Developer at Pepcoding Education Private Limited from 2021 to 2021. Here, they collaborated with a new team to drive 25% of the old website data to a new platform, resulting in a 35% month-on-month increase in website traffic.
