Alexander McKenzie possesses extensive experience in the legal and community service sectors. Currently serving as Director at McLean McKenzie & Topfer since January 2016, Alexander has also been a Board Member for the Tasmanian Community Fund and a Non-Executive Director at the Royal Automobile Club of Tasmania since 2019 and 2022, respectively. Previous roles include Researcher/Project Officer and Moot Judge at the University of Tasmania and an Advisor to The Hon Ruth Forrest MLC. Alexander's early legal career involved working as a Lawyer at Butler McIntyre & Butler. Academically, Alexander holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Tasmania, complemented by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Centre of Legal Studies.
