Ryan McConnon

Ryan McConnon is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Senior People and Culture Partner at the Royal Automobile Club of Tasmania (RACT). They have previously held significant roles at TasNetworks as a People Partner, and at Findex where they advanced through various positions, including Head of People - Corporate. Earlier in their career, Ryan worked as a Human Resources Officer and Advisor at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd and as a Workplace Relations Consultant at Searson Buck. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources, Marketing, and International Business from the University of Tasmania.
