AK Ipek has over a decade of experience in various roles within the RACV organization, currently serving as a Senior Product Owner in the Salesforce Practice and Head of Business Process and Major Projects since April 2018. Prior roles at RACV include Manager of Business Process and Projects, Salesforce Functional Consultant, Digital Business Analyst for the Salesforce Transformation Program, Solutions Analyst Lead, Senior Business System Analyst, and Business Systems Analyst. Prior to this, AK Ipek worked as a DevOps System Analyst at Insurance House Group from April 2017 to April 2018 and began a career at RACV in November 2007 as a Systems and Process Analyst. AK Ipek holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from Monash University.
