Craig Smith

Craig Smith is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and management. Currently serving as Manager of Leisure, Travel & Experiences at RACV since April 2023, Craig leads IT teams to enhance services for members and customers. As the founder of CLS Solutions since September 2021, Craig provides IT outsourcing services, including cloud migration and project management. Previous roles include IT Consultant at Hinkler, where critical business reporting capabilities were developed, and General Manager of Technology at APT Travel Group, from March 2012 to September 2021, where responsibilities included executing global ICT strategies and managing substantial budgets. With a strong foundation in application development, Craig has a variety of technical and leadership qualifications, including diplomas in Project Management and Leadership from Swinburne University of Technology.
