Gemma MacMillan

Gemma MacMillan has diverse experience spanning community development, education, and communications. Starting as a Community Support Specialist at The Arnhem Land Progress Aboriginal Corporation in 2017, Gemma progressed to Strategy Manager within the same organization, focusing on remote school attendance strategies. As Program Manager for AIME, Gemma oversaw an educational mentoring program connecting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander high school students with university mentors. Subsequent roles include Strategic Communications Specialist at LUNA and Student Scholarship Officer at The Gordon, where Gemma designed a program for disadvantaged students. Currently, Gemma serves as Conferencing & Events Coordinator at RACV. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from RMIT University, an Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Vidya Gurukul, and a Certificate in Bee Keeping from the University of Sydney.
