Gemma Mooney is a seasoned design leader with an eighteen-year career in UX, graphic, and digital design. Currently serving as the UX Lead for the RACV app, Gemma focuses on creating engaging digital experiences in Travel & Leisure products and services. Previously, as a UX Manager at Intrepid Group, the world's largest adventure travel company, Gemma established the UX division and led the company's first Innovation event. Recognized for outstanding contributions, Gemma received several accolades, including the 2017 Outstanding Achievement Award from Intrepid Group and the Women in Travel Award from Travel Weekly. Gemma holds a BA Hons in Graphic Design from the University of East Anglia.
