Graeme Willis

Graeme is an independent non-executive director appointed in April 2012. He completed a Management Development program at the Harvard Business School and Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia and AICD. He had a career of over 40 years in banking and finance and held many senior Board and executive management positions with major European and Australian banks. Graeme is also an independent non-executive director and Chair of Australian Settlements Ltd. An independent non-executive director and Deputy Chairman of Bank First.
