Tracy Leung has extensive experience in business operations and management, currently serving as the Service and Operational Performance Manager at RACV since August 2017, after previously holding the position of Business Operations Analyst. Prior to RACV, Tracy worked at IBM from August 2012 to August 2017, where roles included Business Operations Manager, supporting the Director of Client Management, and Business Operations Analyst, aiding the COO of the A/NZ IBM Global Technology Services Business. Additionally, Tracy contributed as Manager of Interns and Operations Programs, focusing on various program management initiatives. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Management from the University of Melbourne and VCE from Balwyn High School.
