Zac Wang

Zac Wang is a seasoned data engineer with extensive experience in software development, data engineering, and GIS applications. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at RACV since June 2023, Zac previously excelled as a Developer at Intelematics and a Spatial Software Engineer at Spatial Vision, where notable projects included the development of QGIS3 plugins, web mapping applications, and geo-processing services using Python and various GIS technologies. With a solid educational background, including a Master's degree in Geographic Information System from China University of Geosciences and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Jilin University, Zac also possesses robust expertise in AWS, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript frameworks, enabling a strong contribution to both technical and project management aspects in geospatial engineering.
