Rad Co. is a boutique consulting and advisory firm radically committed to nonprofits in the rural American West. We believe in the positive impact of thoughtful transitions, guided by clear strategy, intentional planning, and well-timed execution.

Change, approached with purpose, creates opportunity. Our goal is to make sure every leadership transition, brand evolution, and strategic inflection point becomes a catalyst for growth rather than disruption.

WHO WE HELP

01 IN TRANSITION
Navigating a leadership change, a new ED, or a departing founder. We provide the structure, strategy, and outside perspective to make it a strong moment.

02 RUNNING LEAN
We add senior-level capacity and accountability without adding headcount, so your parking lot stops overflowing.

03 READY TO GROW
You have the mission. We help you build the strategy, infrastructure, and brand to show up fully for your community and the funders who believe in it.

04 SEEKING CLARITY
Sometimes you just need smart outside eyes. Boards and executive teams working through hard decisions benefit from a thinking partner who's close enough to help and far enough to see clearly.
