In 2015, they joined EnPro Industries Inc. as a Service Desk Analyst 2, providing advanced technical support to end users. David later transitioned to the role of Global Service Desk Analyst/Incident Coordinator, where they provided support for PC, telephony, server, applications, and hardware. David also managed the distribution of IT request and incident tickets to different departments.

In 2018, David joined Rad Source Technologies as an IT Helpdesk Technician, and they later progressed to the role of IT Technician Supervisor. David managed a team of IT professionals and developed and implemented a long-term technology strategy aligned with business goals. In November 2021, they were promoted to the role of Director of Information Technology, where they continued to lead the IT team, manage the IT budget, and ensure effective allocation of resources.
