RAD Talent Management is a specialized recruiting firm built exclusively for the skilled trades. We place HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians at contractors and service companies nationwide.

Most staffing agencies send you a stack of unqualified resumes and hope something sticks. We do the opposite. Every candidate we present has been screened for certifications (EPA, NATE, journeyman licenses), equipment experience, commercial vs. residential fit, background readiness, and availability before their name ever reaches your desk. You get 2-3 vetted candidates, not 20.

For contractors: If you have an open seat costing you revenue every week it stays empty, we can help. Our placements come with a 60-day guarantee. Visit radtalentmgmt.com to learn more.

For candidates: We connect skilled tradespeople with top employers offering competitive pay, benefits, and career growth. If you are a licensed or experienced HVAC, plumbing, or electrical technician looking for your next opportunity, reach out.
