Bailey Rand

Bailey Rand is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, operations, and employer relations. Currently serving as a Global Account Program Manager at Radancy since February 2021, Bailey's previous role as Associate Director of Operations at Worcester Polytechnic Institute involved leading the first operations team to establish effective project scopes and integrate career services with employer relations.
