Michael Spellacy

Michael Spellacy, currently the Director of Accessibility at Radancy since May 2014, leads accessibility initiatives and fosters a culture that prioritizes accessibility within the company. As the first individual to hold this role, significant progress has been made in recognizing accessibility as a fundamental aspect of the organization. Previously, from June 2001 to May 2014, Michael served at TMP Worldwide as Director of User Interface Design & Development, focusing on creating accessible, standards-compliant websites and products through strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Early career experience includes positions at Snickelways as an Interface Developer, showcasing a continuous commitment to web accessibility and user-friendly design. Michael obtained education at the Technical Career Institute from 1997 to 1999.
