Joris Ebben

Joris Ebben is an experienced advisor in social issues, currently working at RadarAdvies since February 2023. Prior to this role, Joris held various positions at Amfors Groep from March 2018 to February 2023, including Manager of the Inclusive Fieldlab, where initiatives were implemented to promote a more inclusive workforce, and Project Leader for a development program focused on coaching-oriented leadership for supervisors. Additional experience includes an internship at Kennisland, contributing to social innovation projects in Amsterdam, and being an honours student at Universiteit Utrecht. Joris has an educational background in Social and Organizational Psychology, having completed a Bachelor's degree at Utrecht University and a Master’s degree in Social Psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, alongside studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
