Kai Hsing is a seasoned researcher and strategist with extensive experience in user and market research, having worked with prominent companies such as Meta, Google, and Oracle. They currently serve as Senior UX Researcher at RadarFirst, focusing on building user research practices and advancing growth opportunities, while also leading projects at Saber Studio. With a rich background in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, Kai has been instrumental in driving product success at various organizations throughout their career. They hold a Master of Arts from UCL and continue to deepen their expertise through ongoing coursework at Stanford University.
