Bart Thoolen

Bart Thoolen is a Clinical Psychologist and teacher currently employed at Radboudumc since January 2020. Previously, Bart worked at Pro Persona in January 2020 as a Klinisch psycholoog focused on personality disorders, and at Gelre ziekenhuizen from September 2011 to January 2020 in various roles including Klinisch psycholoog and GZ-psycholoog. Bart's experience also includes a position at Ziekenhuis Gelderse Vallei as a GZ-psychologist and a training role at Albert Schweitzer ziekenhuis as a GZ (Medical) psychologist in training. Bart began professional training as a psycholoog in opleiding to GZ psycholoog at RINO Utrecht and has a substantial academic background, including a PhD from Utrecht University focusing on Clinical and Health Psychology, and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Radboud Centrum Sociale Wetenschappen. Bart's academic contributions include a PhD project examining a proactive self-management intervention for newly diagnosed type-2 diabetes patients.
