Dirk Schubert

Principal Lecturer at Radboudumc

Dirk Schubert has a diverse work experience in the field of neuroscience and cognition. Dirk started their career as a Research Fellow at the University of Szeged in 2003, followed by a position as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Düsseldorf from 2003 to 2006. Dirk then joined the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour as a Tenure track postdoc from 2006 to 2011, progressing to the role of Assistant Professor from 2011 to 2023. Currently, Dirk is an Associate Professor at the Donders Centre for Cognition. Dirk has also worked as a Principal Lecturer at Radboudumc since 2020 and is a Member of the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS) since 2022.

Dirk Schubert received their Master's degree in Biology from the University of Düsseldorf in 1998. Dirk then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biology, specializing in the field of General Biology, at the University of Düsseldorf from 1998 to 2003.
