Monica van Eck has extensive experience in the nursing field, beginning with a role as Helpende plus at zorggroep Maas & Waal from August 2016 to October 2018. Following this, Monica gained further experience at Radboudumc as an HBO-verpleegkundige in opleiding in various departments, including Hematology and the Amalia Children's Hospital. Additional roles included FLEX Verpleegkundige and Kinderverpleegkundige i.o. at Radboudumc, as well as HBO-verpleegkundige in opleiding at Buurtzorg Nederland. Monica is currently completing a specialization in pediatric nursing at the Radboudumc Health Academy, having previously earned a Bachelor of Nursing from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and an MBO degree from ROC Nijmegen.
