Prashant Singh is a highly skilled computational biologist with extensive experience in postdoctoral research roles. Currently holding the position of Senior Postdoctoral Research Associate at Amsterdam UMC since April 2024, Prashant also serves as a Postdoctoral Scientist at Radboudumc, where research focuses on single-cell genomics, proteomics, and clonotype analyses aimed at discovering novel biomarkers for autoimmune diseases, alongside developing a mouse kidney cell atlas.
