Moran Adania

VP of Human Resources at RADCOM

Moran Adania is the current Vice President of Human Resources at RADCOM. Prior to this, they served as an HR Manager at Orange from August 2007 to November 2015. There, they were responsible for leading the HR agenda and strategy of the IT, Marketing, Finance & HR divisions, coaching and advising division managers and employees, and managing employee retention processes, organizational change and efficiency programs. They also played a key role in merger management, overseeing all aspects related to HR, and leading surveys and work plans for improvement. In addition, they were responsible for managing the salary budget and standardization, as well as the team of HR coordinators.

Prior to their time at Orange, Moran Adania served as a Customer Service Team Leader at Partner Communications Company Ltd. from August 2003 to April 2007. There, they were in charge of all HR aspects for a team of 20 customer care representatives, including recruitment, motivation, and management. They were also involved in the day-to-day running of the team by working closely with both management and customers.

Most recently, Moran Adania served as a Manager at Israeli Scouts from April 2016 to September 2017. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of HR for a team of scouts.

Moran Adania has a long history of working in HR in a variety of industries. Their experience leading teams and managing complex HR processes makes them an invaluable asset to any organization.

Moran Adania graduated with a BA in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resources from The College of Management Academic Studies.
