Fung Chang

Fung Chang began their career in 2016 as a Desktop Technician at Radcomp Technologies. Two years later, they were promoted to Project Technician, where they collaborated with a team of 5 to support and improve operations, devise and enhance standard work instructions, and onboard new client infrastructure. In 2018, Fung Chang was promoted again to VCIO | Team Lead, where they administered service clients and acted as a liaison between client and organization to ensure proper planning of IT resource needs, evaluated clients' IT requirements, system gaps/procedures, and grew their personal list of client profits by 387. Also in 2018, Fung Chang began working at Convergence Networks as a Field Service Technician, where they spearheaded complex communication systems and software applications, updated clients on the status of the incident, and visited customer sites occasionally to extend technical support and guidance.

Fung Chang has been attending Portland State University since 2008, where they are studying Mathematics and Electrical.
