Henri In't Veld has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Starting in 1994, they worked at Philips Research as a Research Assistant and eventually became a Project Leader. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at Philips Innovation Services as a Project Leader and Process Development specialist. In 2004, they briefly worked as a Production Engineer at Philips Medical Systems. Moving on, they joined Besi Netherlands B.V. in 2005, where they held various roles including Fico Singulation - Process Technology Engineer / Groupleader, Product Manager Singulation, and Director Singulation. In 2014, Henri joined Rademaker BV, where they initially worked as a Product Manager and later became the Head of Product Management.
Henri In't Veld began their education at Willem van Oranje College Waalwijk in 1982 and completed their studies in 1989. During this time, they pursued a field of study in Havo. After completing their studies at the college, they went on to attend Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1989 to 1993. Here, they focused on Technische Natuurkunde and obtained an Ing degree.
