Johan Sparidaens is a Senior Bakery Food Technologist at Rademaker, where they currently apply their extensive expertise in the bakery industry. Previously, Johan developed new products and enhanced existing ones at Mâitré-Paul from 2005 to 2020, and they held various roles as an all-round pastry chef at Pattisserie De Rouw and Patisserie Van Erven.
