Jena is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a People Partner II at Radformation since May 2024, Jena also co-founded Sparked Together in July 2022, where the focus is on creating custom-fit, permanently welded jewelry that emphasizes personal connections. Prior to these roles, Jena was the People and Culture Manager at Groove Commerce from June 2019 to January 2024, contributing to a full-service agency that supports top eCommerce brands.
