Kevin Tierney

Senior Product Physicist at Radformation

Kevin Tierney has a strong background in medical physics and radiation therapy. Kevin began their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Boston College from September 2006 to May 2009. Kevin then joined Vanderbilt University, where they held multiple roles including Radiation Safety Technician from July 2009 to July 2010, Teaching Assistant from August 2010 to May 2011, and Medical Physics DMP Resident from June 2011 to July 2013. Following their time at Vanderbilt, they became a Radiotherapy Physicist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from July 2013 to May 2018. Currently, they serve as a Senior Product Physicist at Radformation starting from May 2018.

Kevin Tierney obtained a Doctorate of Medical Physics (DMP) degree in Health/Medical Physics from Vanderbilt University between 2009 and 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from Boston College, which they attended from 2005 to 2009.
